I visited this hotel because it was close to my dentist's office. Ended up joining the Poker club, although I don't know how to play poker yet. The chicken egg rolls are great. The rooms are nice and clean. The only issue is there is NO microwave. The workers at the front desk were very nice. The bartender Deja was sweet and accommodating. Once I learn how to play Poker, I will be back.

We had compared other hotels around chinatown, and this hotel was the top choice due to price, location, and room details at the time. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a weekend chinatown visit. The front reception and security staff are very welcoming. The rooms were clean and organized. The hall was quiet, and the room attendants were also quiet when passing by our room. Overall, I had a great time and will be recommending this place to people back at home!

Epiphany was so Helpful and Nice, she answered all my questions and check me in with no issue !!! I was very impressed with this hotel! The price was fantastic for what you get. The room was spotless and had a fresh, clean smell as soon as I walked in. Everything was up to date and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping the place in great shape. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodations at a great value!!

The hotel is very professional, with multiple follow-ups to ensure guests are comfortable from arrival to departure. I love the theme, and the furniture is new and clean, though the bathroom had a slight odor. Staff provided immediate assistance with any room issues when needed. The location is quite close to Chinatown, offering plenty of places to explore. I would stay here again in the future.

I have to say the staff is what made my stay the best. Everything thing was nice and clean and everyone was great. I have to say though Epiphany at the desk was exceptional from the moment I checked in to moment I left. When I come back, I hope she’s there. From smiling faces, to handling all questions and concerns with urgency, to beyond exceptional customer service; she took care me as if I was her family and I appreciate that. I’m giving my overall experience 4 stars but my experience with Epiphany made it outstanding! She is the greatest.

Oh my goodness!!! My family and I had such a wonderful time visiting with family in Houston, TX this Easter weekend!! The service was great! The accessibility of parking for my family and friends to come and enjoy their time with us was simply irreplaceable. The pool was the most memorable highlight of our time at this hotel. I’m glad it was recommended by my sister! I especially would like to thank the desk host. I remember she said her name was Epiphany Sweet. She sure was helpful and kind to us! She definitely made our stay manageable and easy plus she even gave us some very very tasty spots to dine. I sure thank you all for all you do!
